Ad Shot List

Arian Kanani × Megafon · Batch 1 · 8 videos to record on your phone. Everything below is written to be read off a teleprompter.

Read this first

Eight videos. Five main ads, three retargeting ads. Vertical, on your phone, in Instagram Edits with the teleprompter on. Raw beats polished on cold traffic every single time, so do not build a set.

Format
Vertical, phone, natural light
9:16. Casual rooms are fine. Car, kitchen, gym floor, walking outside. One take per ad, all the way through.
Delivery
Talk to one person
Not an audience. One guy. Do not read it word for word, it reads stiff. Say it the way you would say it out loud.
Mistakes
Keep rolling
Flub a line and keep going. Do not restart. We cut every stumble and breath in the edit.
Where it goes
Drive › Raw Files
Drop the originals straight in, no compression, no captions. We cut and caption everything.

The gold boxes are yours to fill

Every ad has a Proof beat highlighted in gold with brackets in it. Those are blank on purpose. Say a real client, out loud, in your own words: his first name, what he does, where he started, what changed.

  • Use a different client on each ad so the eight videos do not repeat.
  • Only results you can actually back up. No numbers you would not defend to that client's face.
  • If you would rather not name someone, say "one of my guys" and describe him.

Two things that get an ad account shut down

  • Never point at the viewer's body. Meta bans copy that implies you know something personal about whoever is watching. That is why nothing here says "you are out of shape". It says "most men I work with". Keep it that way if you go off script.
  • No before and after body shots. They get flagged. Show training, movement and faces instead.

The 5 main ads

These run to cold traffic at forty dollars a day. Each one is a different hook angle, so we find out which idea sells before we spend real money. Same five beats every time: hook, pain, transformation, proof, one call to action.

Ad 3 is your format — mid workout, hitting the bells, the ninety days and thirty minutes line you already use.

Here is why training harder is the reason most men quit by week three.

1H Hook

Here is why training harder is the reason most men quit by week three.

1A Agitate the pain

Most of the guys I talk to do not have a discipline problem.
They have a plan problem.
They go all in for two weeks. Six days a week, an hour at a time.
Then work gets busy, a kid gets sick, and the whole thing falls apart.
And then they blame themselves for it.

1T Show the transformation

I build the opposite of that.
Thirty minutes a day. Whatever equipment you already have.
Built around your life instead of on top of it.
Strength, mobility, conditioning, power and speed in one plan.
Not just looking bigger. Actually being capable.

1P Proof

Do not take my word for it.
[CUT TO: EARNIE 0:04 - 0:16]
[HE SAYS: “If you're the I'll-start-Monday type, or at the first sign of a little fatigue you quit, you can keep scrolling. This isn't for you. But if you're still listening, this is the real deal.”]
[IF THIS CLIP DOES NOT CUT CLEAN: say it yourself. His first name, what he does, where he started, what changed. Nothing you cannot back up.]

You do not need more time. You need a plan that fits the time you already have.

2H Hook

You do not need more time. You need a plan that fits the time you already have.

2A Agitate the pain

Most of the men I work with are running a business, raising kids, or both.
Their day is already full.
So when a program tells them six days a week in a gym, it is dead on arrival.
And another year goes by.

2T Show the transformation

Thirty minutes a day. Minimal equipment.
I build the program around your schedule and around how your body actually moves.
Then we talk every week so it keeps fitting as your life changes.

2P Proof

Here is one of my guys saying it better than I can.
[CUT TO: TANNER 0:22 - 0:34]
[HE SAYS: “I really wanted someone that was more about what I was looking for. Everyday strength. Stay healthy for my wife, stay healthy for my kids.”]

3H Hook

Imagine ninety days from now you walk into a room and carry yourself completely differently.

3A Agitate the pain

Not because you got skinny.
Because you got strong.
Because you sleep properly, you still have energy at six in the evening, and you are not faking your way through the day.

3T Show the transformation

Give me ninety days and thirty minutes a day.
Training, food, and the mental side, because the body is the easy part.
I coach the man, not just the workout.

3P Proof

You do not have to believe me. Believe him.
[CUT TO: DARIUS 1:05 - 1:15]

Most men in their forties will never get their athleticism back, and it has nothing to do with age.
▶ TeleprompterScript
4H Hook

Most men in their forties will never get their athleticism back, and it has nothing to do with age.

4A Agitate the pain

It is because they only ever train one thing.
They lift, or they run, or they do nothing at all.
So they end up strong and stiff. Or lean and weak.
And then they call it getting old.

4T Show the transformation

I build a complete athlete.
Five pillars. Strength. Mobility. Endurance. Power. Speed.
You end up strong, loose, conditioned and quick, all at the same time.
That combination is rare, and it is trainable at any age.

4P Proof

This is what it sounds like from the other side.

▶ TeleprompterScript
5H Hook

Tired of making every decision in your life from an empty tank?

5A Agitate the pain

Here is what nobody tells you about letting your health slide.
It is not really about the mirror.
It is that a tired man makes different decisions than a rested one.
How you talk to your wife. How you lead at work. What you say yes to.

5T Show the transformation

When you train, your energy changes. Your confidence changes.
And then everything downstream of that changes with it.
That is the actual product. The body is just the receipt.

5P Proof

7A Agitate the pain

The men who message me are usually worried they are too far gone to start.

8A Agitate the pain

A bad back. A knee that never healed. Years since they trained properly.
So they decide they need to get in shape before they hire a coach.

8T Show the transformation

That is backwards.
We start with an assessment of how you actually move right now.
Then I build around the injuries instead of straight through them.
Starting where you are is the whole point of having a coach.

Where your testimonials go

You already have these shot, so they are the strongest asset in the whole batch. A stranger hearing it from a client beats hearing it from you every time. They do three jobs.

Job 1
Inside every ad, at the Proof beat
Look at the gold box in each of the 8 scripts. You say one short line, then we cut straight to a real client. That is why the proof beats are short now. You are handing off, not narrating.
Job 2
Standalone retargeting ads
One testimonial, one ad. These run to people who already watched something of yours. This is the rotation you and Neema talked about: they open their phone and see a different client every time, and never the same one inside three days.
Job 3
The objection killers
A client who was injured, or who had no time, answers that objection better than any script can. We match each testimonial to the objection it happens to kill.

What landed — 5 clips, Sep 28

Earnie, Tanner, Darius, Lucas and Hooch. All five are transcribed and matched to a beat, and the gold box in each script now names the clip and the timecode. They are in Drive › Assets › Testimonials-2026-09-28.

Earnie
464x832 vertical · 1:06
Correct shape for Reels and the strongest message in the set. Opens with its own callout and closes on your own line, so it also works as a standalone ad with almost no edit.
Feeds: Ad 1 proof beat, and the whole of Retarget 1
Best pulls:
  1. 0:04 - 0:16 — The I'll-start-Monday callout. Best 12 seconds in the batch.
  2. 0:17 - 0:28 — Faster, stronger and more agile than I've been in 20 years.
  3. 1:04 - 1:06 — So you think you're fit huh? Prove it. Your own line, use it as the tag.
Tanner
848x480 LANDSCAPE · 2:43
Longest and richest clip, but landscape and soft. Needs a crop or a blurred backdrop to sit in a 9:16 ad. Plenty of material to choose from.
Feeds: Ad 2 proof beat, Retarget 2 proof beat
Best pulls:
  1. 0:22 - 0:34 — Everyday strength. Stay healthy for my wife and kids. The busy-dad angle.
  2. 0:43 - 0:50 — Stronger, faster, more flexible, and my kids are seeing it.
  3. 1:31 - 1:41 — He cares about them as a person. This is the one that answers price.
Darius
848x480 LANDSCAPE · 1:20
Two very different usable moments, the physical result and the mental side. Same landscape and softness problem as Tanner.
Feeds: Ad 3 proof beat, Ad 5 proof beat
Best pulls:
  1. 1:05 - 1:15 — Lost a great amount of weight, six or seven months, looking and feeling good.
  2. 0:44 - 0:54 — Mental clarity and your relationship with your partner. Feeds the decisions ad.
  3. 0:01 - 0:15 — I stepped into this scared, I'd never worked with a trainer. Beginner angle.
Lucas
480x848 vertical · 0:32
Right shape, short and tight, no fat to trim. Two years as a client is the longest tenure on camera.
Feeds: Ad 4 proof beat
Best pulls:
  1. 0:19 - 0:32 — Better physique, way better athletic capability, and grown mentally.
  2. 0:00 - 0:14 — Two years training, huge improvement in physical and athletic capability.
Hooch
1280x720 LANDSCAPE · 0:22
Highest resolution of the five and the whole clip is usable, but it is the shortest and it is landscape. The age angle is one nothing else in the set covers.
Feeds: Retarget 3 proof beat
Best pulls:
  1. 0:07 - 0:17 — Just turned 59 and I feel like a 30 year old.
  2. 0:00 - 0:07 — Trained me for many years. Professional, kind, knowledgeable.

These are web exports, not the camera files

Measured, not guessed. Four of the five are well under half of what Meta wants for a Reels ad, and three are landscape, so they have to be cropped or sat on a blurred backdrop to run 9:16.

  • Earnie 464×832 and Lucas 480×848 are the right shape but roughly a quarter of the 1080×1920 target.
  • Tanner and Darius are 848×480 landscape. Hooch is 1280×720 landscape, the sharpest of the five.
  • Frame rates come out at 31.58, which is a re-encode fingerprint. These have been through a compressor at least once.

They are good enough to launch on. The messages are excellent and raw beats polished on cold traffic. But if Arshia still has the camera masters, they are worth chasing, because these will look soft next to your organic work.

Two things still open

  • Written consent for each of the five. These are real named people and the clips are about to run as paid ads. A text saying yes is enough. Keep it on file.
  • Timecodes came off a machine transcript. We ear-check every pull before the final cut, but if you know a clip has a stumble in it, say so and save us a pass.

Testimonial toppers — record these

A raw testimonial has no hook, so on its own it gets scrolled past. These are the 3 to 5 second intros we bolt onto the front of a client clip. Record all six back to back in one go. Six toppers across your testimonial library means a lot of different ads without you filming again.

The build is: your topper, then the client clip, then a CTA from the bank below.
